Heading towards the end of my third week working at Callis & Associates has made me start to think about everything I have learned in this short time frame. I look back to my very first day. I was so nervous to start a new job and to meet my new coworkers that have worked together for so long. I quickly learned that everyone at Callis & Associates is extremely welcoming and they have all embraced and welcomed me into their work family. I also discovered that many things that I learned in the Credit Union industry during the beginning phases of my career do apply to this new world. I also have some of the best people in the marketing industry to help me through this learning phase. How many people can say they get to learn from the actual founder of the company? I do!
Cliff has high expectations for every project that leaves this office and enters the hands of our clients. This means we all have high expectations for our own work. This is exactly why we are celebrating our 25th anniversary this year. The detail and commitment that goes into every project, no matter how big or small, is truly impressive. I love being part of a company that values their services and reputation so highly. Quality over quantity is something that I have heard quite frequently. What does this mean? It means that we take pride in our work at Callis & Associates. The staff here is constantly looking for ways to improve our clients’ business and keep them up to date with what is happening. It is great to be a part of a team that is not only passionate but extremely knowledgeable about what they do. I look forward to continuing to learn on a daily basis, because in a changing industry like ours, that is one of the many things that sets us apart.
