Video is one of the most effective ways to engage audiences. It tells a story and provides an emotional connection for viewers. As part of the City of Sedalia branding campaign, we knew that video would be a great way to tell the story of Sedalia in a fresh light. We got to work documenting the best parts of our city and composing a short, but meaningful, story.
The city’s slogan of ‘Let’s Cross Paths’ is about connecting with each other, and we wanted our audience to personally connect with the video. Several of Sedalia’s landmarks are featured, including Bothwell Hotel, the Katy Trail and the many historic homes and parks that add to our city’s charm. Friendly faces, international and local businesses and the hardworking individuals who make up our community also make an appearance.
