Callis Director of Operations Receives Top 20 Under 40 Recognition

SEDALIA, MO – Callis Director of Operations, Megan Hartman, was recently recognized as one of Sedalia’s Top 20 Under 40. The Sedalia Democrat’s Top 20 Under 40 recognizes young individuals for going above and beyond in their careers and community through business, education, civic involvement and community service.
As Director of Operations, Megan works with all Callis clients at some level each day, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency. Her drive and passion carry over into community involvement. She has been instrumental in making an impact through the United Way of Pettis County as a board member of five years and her position on the executive committee.
Originally a Sedalia area native, Megan moved to Springfield to attend college and stayed for several years after graduation. She later got the opportunity to return home and began her career at Callis in 2012, where she has been an integral part of the team ever since.
“Megan is a hard-working, committed, caring person. She puts almost everybody else ahead of herself, she’s very mature,” said Callis owner and President Cliff Callis. “She’s been with us for several years and she learned her position faster than anybody else ever had, and she’s just gotten better and better and better.”
Each day, Megan helps clients find success by serving in a leadership role within the agency, providing strategic direction, implementing programs, managing projects and building relationships every step of the way. She is a driving force behind many things and is truly making a difference, within Callis and the Sedalia community.
