Megan brings a blend of enthusiasm, strategic thinking and operational excellence to her role as President of Callis. She leads the agency’s vision and culture, ensuring the team delivers smart, creative work that drives meaningful results for clients.
Megan began her career at BluCurrent Credit Union, managing operations across all branches and gaining a strong foundation in leadership and service. She joined Callis in 2012 and has since served in roles including Account Manager, Account Executive, Client Services Director and Director of Operations before becoming owner in early 2025. Her experience across departments gives her a deep understanding of agency workflow, client needs and team development.
As President, Megan champions collaboration, accountability and a people-first environment where great ideas can thrive. She is driven by a passion for helping organizations tell their stories and achieve meaningful marketing outcomes.
Outside the office, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family and staying engaged in the community.
Dana Kelchner - Creative Director

Dana brings precision, creativity and broad experience to the Callis team. She joined the agency after 15 years as Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at State Fair Community College, where she was the college’s first marketing director and grew the department while strengthening its brand. She has extensive experience with strategic planning, managing complex projects and brand and publication management.
As Creative Director, Dana leads strategy, creative and content development, supervises key accounts and oversees client projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to expectations.
Dana and her husband live in Sedalia and have two grown sons. They enjoy travel, the outdoors and life as empty nesters. She stays busy with her Golden Retriever, Finn, and loves reading, cooking, walking, gardening and being the best Lolly to her two granddaughters.

Kyle is a strategic digital leader who specializes in digital advertising and developing modern, high-performing websites while driving tech-forward solutions for clients. As Digital Services Director, he leads Callis’ digital strategy, spanning web development, digital advertising, SEO, data analysis and all production work, while guiding innovations that elevate results across industries.
With over a decade of experience advancing Callis’ digital capabilities, Kyle is known for his problem-solving mindset and ability to implement efficient, technology-driven systems.
A Sedalia native, Kyle continually champions community impact and youth development through his volunteer work. Outside the office, he enjoys gravel cycling, working out, reading, traveling with his wife and son, attending concerts and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.
Stephanie McMullin - Director of Operations

Stephanie specializes in working with clients, managing projects, providing customer support and improving customer satisfaction. She joined Callis after working as Client Relations Manager at Wilson Toellner CPA in Sedalia.
Stephanie's strengths are in building relationships with internal teams and helping streamline processes, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and timely, on-budget completion of projects. She’s also a leader of the Callis Culture Club, where she plans fun, team-building gatherings and activities.
A Sedalia native, Stephanie is a graduate of Smith-Cotton High School and has two grown children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, going to the lake, camping and learning how to golf.
