Cliff Callis

Cliff Callis

Missouri Valley College, B.S. Business,
Emphasis in Communications and Economics

As founder and CEO of the agency, Cliff offers clients more than 30 years of experience and expertise in marketing, advertising and public relations. Cliff is a graduate and former Trustee of Missouri Valley College, where he studied business, economics and communications and competed in intercollegiate tennis. Cliff grew up in the retail business, working alongside his father and brother, where he first learned about the customer experience. He has been integral in leading the agency through the digital revolution. Today, he focuses his efforts on client, employee and public relations and working with clients to help grow their business. He is also President of the Board of Directors of the Center for Human Services, a nationally acclaimed not-for-profit organization which serves those with disabilities. Cliff and his family reside outside Sedalia, Missouri, where he enjoys outdoor sports, travel and the inspiration of life’s experiences.

Megan Hartman

Megan combines enthusiasm, organization and a methodical approach in leading the Callis team operations. Megan graduated from Missouri State University where she majored in Business. She started her career at BluCurrent Credit Union, managing day-to-day operations of all branches to ensure member service was satisfactory in front line and back-office
functions. She began her career at Callis in 2012 as an Account Manager and also served as Account Executive, Client Services Director and Director of Operations prior to her role as President. She serves on the Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors, Women’s Service League, Bothwell Foundation Business Committee, Wear Red Committee, Horace Mann PTA and enjoys spending her free time playing outdoors with her young family. Megan brings her passion to create the best work possible and to get things done to ensure clients are successful in their marketing.

Charlyn Callis

Charlyn Callis

Charlyn has served an integral role in helping the agency grow and succeed over the past twenty years. As Vice President of the agency, Charlyn oversees the administrative functions that many times go unnoticed, but are critical to client satisfaction. She brings a combination of intellect, common sense and organization to her position, where she also serves as a mentor to the account team. She is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri and has an MBA from William Woods University. Prior to joining the firm in 1997, Charlyn worked in the marketing departments of Inter-State Studio and the Missouri State Fair. In her career at Callis, she has also served clients as an Account Manager and Account Executive. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, art and cooking.

Dana Kelchner

Dana kelchner

Dana brings precision, creativity and a depth and breadth of experience to the Callis team. She joined the agency after 15 years as Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at State Fair Community College, a longtime Callis client. Dana was SFCC’s first Director of Marketing and grew the department from a one-person to a four-person team while promoting and building the college’s brand. She is intimately familiar with strategic planning, project management, publication and website development and brand management. As Account Supervisor, Dana provides a leading role in strategy, creative and content development, supervises services to key accounts and oversees complex client projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget. Dana is married and has two grown sons. She and her husband enjoy being empty nesters, and they like to travel and be outdoors. Dana fills her spare time raising Finn, a Golden Retriever that she affectionately calls her third child. She also enjoys reading, cooking and baking, walking and biking, and her newest endeavor – pickleball.

Kyle Meek

Kyle Meek

Education:
University of Central Missouri Honors College, B.S. Graphic Technologies with an Emphasis in Web Media Technology and a Minor in Computer Science

Kyle thrives on creatively and efficiently developing solutions using new technology and methods. As Digital Services Director, Kyle plans, develops, optimizes and maintains modern websites. He also leads the Callis digital team in digital ad strategy, SEO strategy and implementation, data analysis and all other production work. Kyle is a graduate of the Honors College at the University of Central Missouri where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Technologies with a focus in Web Media Technology and a minor in Computer Science. He also holds a Certificate in Technology from the Honors College at the University of Central Missouri and a Certificate in Graphic Design from State Fair Community College Career and Technical Center. Kyle enjoys fishing and biking with his son and reading books, and might be the only Baltimore Ravens fan in the state of Missouri.

Stephanie Craig

Stephanie brings a variety of skills in working directly with clients, managing projects, providing customer support and improving customer satisfaction to our team. She joined Callis after working as Client Relations Manager at Wilson Toellner CPA in Sedalia. Stephanie's strengths are building relationships with diverse internal teams and helping streamline processes. As Operations Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the internal workflow of all projects and managing schedules and workload for production personnel. Stephanie works with all members of the agency to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. A Sedalia native, she is a graduate of Smith-Cotton High School and has two grown children and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the lake, camping and learning how to golf.

Darren Grove

Darren has an extensive background in Business-to-Business relationships. His former clients run the gamut from established neurosurgeons to aspiring entrepreneurs. He loves solving problems by gathering information and recommending appropriate courses of action. He and his wife live in Sedalia and thoroughly enjoy the lifestyle communicated through rural settings. He is currently the president of the Sedalia Rotary Club and serves on the board of Katy Trail Community Health. Growing up in Alaska instilled his love of the outdoors. When not working, he relishes walking his beloved Great Danes, traveling, reading, photography, and chasing a ball around the golf course. Although a licensed land and sea pilot, these days he just flies drones.

Seth brings a diverse background of experience to the strategic marketing team at Callis. He loves researching and developing marketing strategies for clients to help generate a sustainable model for growth. He received his undergrad from the University of Missouri after high school, then completed his MBA through Northwest Missouri State University in 2019. He is a Missouri native and currently lives in Concordia, along with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his family, on a golf course, or in the woods chasing whitetails in the fall. He also enjoys spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks each summer with his family and friends.

Public Relations and Strategic Communications major at University of Central Missouri

Neely strives to be the hardest worker in every room she is in and makes that clear in her work for the agency. As a college student at the University of Central Missouri, her leadership skills from serving as President of Tri Sigma combined with her passion towards serving others as the Children's Ministry Assistant at Northside Christian Church have crafted her into the driven and persistent person she is today. As an Account Coordinator, Neely works mainly under the supervision of Account Supervisor Dana Kelchner in assisting with the strategic process of the agency’s accounts. Neely enjoys fitness and recently has a newfound love of running. In her free time, Neely is usually baking, reading, or spending time with friends and family.

Stephanie Lindberg

Stephanie Lindberg

Missouri State University, B.F.A. Graphic Design

Stephanie shines while leading the charge in creating strategic and masterfully-crafted artwork for clients and the agency. As Art Director, Stephanie guides the development of design and art from inception through production, all the way to final delivery, ensuring creative materials are effective and delivered in a timely manner. She graduated from Missouri State University where she earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design with a Minor in Art History. Stephanie’s diverse work experience includes an internet marketing company designing websites for companies like Procter & Gamble and other leading brands, designing and publishing magazines, and creating a wide range of print and digital advertisements. She has played an instrumental role in many creative and design awards in which Callis has received national recognition. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her son at the lake and the pool, hiking and fishing. She is also an excellent chef and enjoys cooking and vegetable gardening.

Meagan Lemus

As a key member of the design team, Meagan takes client visions and turns them into reality through digital creation. She has an exceptional eye for design in digital and print forms, as well as a background in social media marketing. In her day-to-day role, Meagan helps clients develop a strong brand identity across all marketing channels through creativity, project management and customer service. Before joining the team at Callis, Meagan filled graphic artist and marketing positions at Inter-State Studio and Publishing and The Missouri Bank. She also spent time as a freelance graphic designer, producing content and creative materials for several Sedalia-based businesses. Outside of work, Meagan enjoys photography and spending time with her dogs.

Lindsay Barnes

Social Media Account Coordinator

As a Social Media Account Coordinator, Lindsay supports the Callis’ client service and social media department. She develops creative social media content and executes strategic social media advertising programs to help clients grow their brands and businesses. A Missouri native, born and raised in Kansas City, MO, Lindsay attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where she earned a double major in Communications and History. She interned at Mizzou Athletics, where she focused on writing football program features on athletes and practice reports for the Mizzou website. Lindsay has traveled across the nation supporting her husband, Tim Barnes, who played in the NFL for the St. Louis Rams, Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers. She worked with the Wives Organization providing social media strategy and content for the LA Rams. Lindsay and her family now enjoy raising cattle and being back in Missouri.

Andrew Stallcup

Andrew is a Digital Strategist and utilizes his expertise to develop, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, on multiple ad serving platforms, by utilizing multichannel strategies and conducting current industry relevant research on trends and competitor analysis.
Andrew is a graduate of Missouri State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Organization Psychology and a minor in Marketing. He has served in the US Army Reserves since 2006, and is currently a Staff Sergeant, working as a Psychological Operational Specialist within the Special Operations Command.
Today, he focuses on conducting in-depth research to boost our client's digital advertising efforts. Maintaining and growing our client's digital presence within the competitive and every changing digital advertising realm.
Andrew and his family reside in Springfield, Missouri, where he enjoys spending time with his family, playing with his three cats and three dogs, and painting 3D printed miniatures.
