LESSON 10 – IF YOU WANT SOMETHING BAD ENOUGH…

For many of our agency staffers who grew up in Sedalia, they’ve been going to the Missouri State Fair since they were kids. Some showed livestock there. Some worked there and others just enjoyed all the many things you can do there. Simply put, we love the fair! Once our agency proved that it knew what it was doing, we set our sights on the Missouri State Fair advertising contract, which at the time was held by a Kansas City agency. We wanted it bad and when it came up for bid, we worked endless days and nights to put together a proposal that would win it, and we did with Rediscover the Missouri State Fair. If you want something really bad, focus on it, dream about it, then work really hard to make it happen, and good luck!
