2022 Agritourism Conference Presentation
In July of 2022, the Callis team was tasked with presenting at the Agritourism Conference in Joplin, Missouri, presented by Missouri Farm Bureau and Missouri Grown. The annual event, held at various locations around the state, provides resources, tools, and networking opportunities to those working in the agritourism industry. These are often small or family-owned businesses, like farms, ranches, pumpkin patches, creameries, orchards, wineries, and many more. Our team gave a presentation on Branding and Marketing 101, providing a 10,000-foot perspective on brand platforms, content marketing, search engine optimization, and social media.
Several members of our team worked together to create and present this informative deck. If you’re looking for a breakdown of relevant marketing concepts, check out the presentation. If you’re looking for a partner to help with your marketing efforts, let’s chat.
More about Missouri Agritourism: Missouri Farm Bureau recognizes the importance of agritourism to farmers and ranchers seeking additional revenue sources and to the general public as a way to connect to agriculture for entertainment, educational and nostalgic purposes. Bringing the general public directly to the farm or ranch can give them a chance to have a personal experience with farming or ranching activities as well as historic, cultural or natural attractions. MOFB’s goal is for them to walk away from the experience with a better understanding and appreciation for agriculture.
